The DT-19 and DT-21

Both are dual temperature FitSpas: the swim side stays cool for exercise while the hot tub end holds 104°F for soaking — two zones, two heaters, one unit. The DT-19 is the more compact way in; the DT-21 adds two feet of swim lane and more separation between zones. If you want the hot-tub-and-swim-spa lifestyle in a 14 ft footprint instead, look at the L-shaped DTL-6 and DTL-8.

These are our largest, heaviest units — filled weights run well past 15,000 lbs — so crane delivery and site planning are part of every install. We handle both.

Large Swim Spas – Frequently Asked Questions

No — it's better when you'll use both zones. If you mainly want to swim, a 15 ft variable-speed model may serve you better for less money. The 19 and 21 ft units earn their footprint when the household genuinely wants a hot tub and a swim lane running at different temperatures.

Almost always a crane. We review access, plan the lift, and coordinate placement on your prepared pad — it's routine for us, and we walk the site before delivery day. Call or text (763) 200-SPAS to talk through your site.

Two zones mean two bodies of water at different setpoints, so operating cost runs above a single body model — but you're replacing a hot tub AND a pool. Full-foam insulation keeps Minnesota winter operation reasonable; see the operating cost guide.
