This policy explains what personal information MinnSpas, LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to minnspas.com and to our showroom and service operations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
When you place an order
- Name, billing address, shipping or delivery address
- Email address and phone number
- Order contents, order value, and order history
- Delivery site details you provide, such as access notes or placement instructions
We do not store your full payment card number. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe and PayPal. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a truncated reference, such as the last four digits and card type.
When you create an account
- Username and password (stored encrypted)
- Saved addresses and order history
When you contact us or fill out a form
- Name, email, phone number
- Whatever you choose to tell us about your project, spa, or service issue
- Photographs you send us for parts identification, warranty, or damage claims
When you request financing
Financing applications are submitted directly to our financing partner, GreenSky. Credit application details, including financial and identity information, are collected and held by them under their own privacy policy, not by us. We receive only an approval status and amount.

A note on direct shipment. Many spas ship directly from the manufacturer rather than through our warehouse. When you order one, we pass your name, delivery address, and phone number to the manufacturer so they can build and ship it to you. This is necessary to fulfill your order, and it is the only reason we share it.
We also operate EZHotTubParts.com, which is a separate website with its own privacy policy. Ordering from one site does not share your information with the other.

Warranty records are worth keeping. If you own a spa we sold you, we hold your service history so that we can support it years later without asking you to reconstruct it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Receive a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights under their own statutes. We extend them to every customer regardless of state.
To exercise any of them, EMAIL or call 763-200-7727. We may need to verify your identity before acting, particularly on deletion requests.
Some information we cannot delete on request — transaction records we are required to retain for tax purposes, for example, or records needed for an active warranty claim. We will tell you if that applies.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information. If you would like us to stop sharing usage data with advertising providers, decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner, or contact us and we will handle it.
Security
Our site runs over encrypted connections, payment details go directly to our processor rather than through our servers, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Children
Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this policy as our business changes. The effective date below tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
