Outdoor saunas are built to stand up to the weather in your backyard, beside the hot tub, or near a cold plunge for contrast therapy. They have waterproof roofs and traditional rock heaters for real heat and steam. Plan for a level, solid surface that won’t settle, such as a concrete pad, patio or sturdy deck, plus a 240V circuit run by a licensed electrician. Some models also come as do-it-yourself kits.

A dedicated 240V circuit from your home, wired by a licensed electrician. The Reyk 520's 6kW heater uses a 30A circuit and the Reyk 550's 9kW heater a 50A circuit.
