Infrared

Infrared saunas warm your body directly with infrared panels instead of heating the air first, so sessions feel gentler and the cabin is often ready in 10–20 minutes. Several models plug into a dedicated 120V household outlet, and many add red light therapy panels. A good fit if you want a sauna you’ll use every day without a big electrical project.

Carbon, Full-Spectrum or Red Light?

Our infrared saunas range from the compact one-person Valo 410 to the four-person Himalayan 630. Valo models use carbon infrared panels. Himalayan models use full-spectrum heaters, which combine near, mid and far infrared. The Aura 620 pairs far infrared with red light therapy. Red light is standard on the Himalayan, Aura and Fusion hybrid models.

Most of the lineup plugs in. The Valo 410, Valo 420, Himalayan 620 and Aura 620 each run on a dedicated 120V/15A outlet. The Himalayan 630 needs a dedicated 240V/20A outlet.

Infrared Saunas – Frequently Asked Questions

Most of ours don't. The Valo 410, Valo 420, Himalayan 620 and Aura 620 plug into a dedicated 120V/15A outlet, with no other appliances on that circuit. The larger Himalayan 630 needs a dedicated 240V/20A outlet. Each product page lists the exact requirement.

Full-spectrum heaters combine near, mid and far infrared wavelengths, instead of far infrared alone. Our Himalayan models and both Fusion hybrids use full-spectrum heat.

No. Infrared is invisible heat. Red light comes from visible LED panels that you switch on separately. Many of our infrared saunas include both, along with glasses to protect your eyes during longer red light sessions.
