- Reserve your build — submit it and lock it in with a $500 deposit. The balance is invoiced before delivery, and we confirm every detail with you before the factory order goes in.

When you reserve your build online, you pay a $500 deposit today — that’s it. The remaining balance is invoiced before delivery, and we review every option on your build sheet with you before anything goes to the factory. Your build isn’t final until you’ve confirmed it with a real person at MinnSpas.
Yes — until the factory order is placed. Reserving locks in your model and pricing while we confirm the details together. If you want to swap an acrylic color or add a cover lifter after sleeping on it, call or text (763) 200-SPAS and we’ll update the build before it goes to Artesian.
No — you pay the same published pricing either way. The difference is that a custom order gets you exactly the colors, sanitizer system, and options you want instead of whatever configuration happens to be in stock. Base prices in the builder are manufacturer list prices, and every option shows its real price before you commit to anything.
Depends on the line. Garden Spas and the South Seas 519P run on standard 120V household power — plug and play, no electrician. Most other models need a 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Your build sheet makes the electrical requirement clear, and we can point you to electricians we trust across the metro.
Hot tub delivery is $375 to $750 depending on your ZIP code zone, quoted automatically in your build — plus an honest factory freight estimate shown up front. We deliver to Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Crane service is only added when your backyard actually requires one, and we’ll tell you before you order, not on delivery day.
