Hybrid (Infrared + Traditional)

Hybrid saunas put infrared panels and a traditional rock heater in the same cabin. That lets you choose a gentle infrared session on a weeknight, or real heat and steam on the weekend, or run both. Each heat source has its own controls and its own circuit. The smaller models run on two dedicated 120V circuits; the larger ones need two 240V circuits. Not sure which heat you’ll like? A hybrid means you don’t have to pick.

Fusion Combo 720 or 830?

The Fusion Combo 720 seats two to three. It pairs full-spectrum infrared with a 2.2kW Icelandic Lava rock heater and runs on two dedicated 120V circuits (15A and 20A), so many homes need no 240V work.

The Fusion Combo 830 seats four. It pairs full-spectrum infrared with a 6kW Wi-Fi rock heater on two dedicated 240V circuits: the infrared plugs into a 20A outlet, and the heater is hardwired on a 30A circuit by a licensed electrician. Both models include red light therapy and a heat-radiating slate wall.

Hybrid Saunas – Frequently Asked Questions

Each heat source has its own controller and its own circuit. That means you can run an infrared session, a traditional session with steam, or both.

The infrared system and the rock heater draw power separately, so each needs its own dedicated circuit. Two outlets on the same circuit will trip the breaker. We review your electrical panel when you ask for pricing.

Households that can't agree. Hybrids are the easy answer when one person wants gentle infrared and the other wants high heat and steam, or when you're not sure yet which you'll like.
