MinnSpas is a hot tub dealer with a showroom in Apple Valley, plus our online parts store, EZ Hot Tub Parts. We’re growing, and we don’t hire for job titles — we hire for skills. Look at the work below, tell us which tasks you want to do, and we’ll put a position together for you.

The Work We Need Help With
Circuit board rework soldering
Rework soldering on hot tub control circuit boards (PCBs). If you have the experience, your own tools and the know-how, this can be paid per piece.
Who should apply: you’ve done board-level rework before, you have a steady hand and your own soldering equipment, and you like detailed, careful work.
Hot tub repair
- House calls — diagnosing and repairing hot tubs at customers’ homes
- In-shop refurbishing — bringing hot tubs back to life in our shop
- Repair helper — working alongside a technician
- Experienced spa repair technicians — if you already know hot tubs, we want to talk
Who should apply: you enjoy working outdoors, fixing things and figuring out solutions, and you like talking with customers in person — and you don’t mind Minnesota weather or tight spaces.
Hot tub moving crew (with our delivery partner)
Our hot tubs are delivered by our delivery partner, Mighty Hot Tub Movers, a separate, independently owned company. We help them find moving staff, and they help us find service staff — and some people work for both to get the hours they want. Check “Hot tub delivery crew” on the application and we’ll connect you.
Who should apply: you’re fine with hours on the road and short bursts of hard physical work — a typical move is about 20 minutes of lifting and maneuvering. Not a fit if you want a desk job.
E-commerce (EZ Hot Tub Parts)
- Packing and shipping orders
- Order tracking
- Customer service
Who should apply: if you like video games and Legos, you’ll like this — it’s solving puzzles and putting pieces together with emails, PDFs and order systems. You need good communication skills, both written and on the phone.
Hot tub sales
Helping customers in our showroom and at sales events. Pay can be hourly and/or commission.
Who should apply: you enjoy talking with people, helping them find the right fit, and following up until the deal is done.
