These terms govern your use of minnspas.com and any purchase you make from MinnSpas, LLC. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the sections on custom-built products and delivery carefully — they affect what happens if you change your mind.

This website is owned and operated by MinnSpas, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company located at 14608 Felton Ct #109, Apple Valley, MN 55124. We also operate EZHotTubParts.com, which is a separate website with its own terms.
Using This Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
All content on this site — text, photographs, layouts, product descriptions, and comparison material — belongs to MinnSpas or our suppliers and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, descriptions, and availability reflect our latest information from manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
Manufacturers may change or upgrade products without telling us in advance. Photographs represent the product but may not match exactly what you receive. This is especially true of color — screen calibration, ambient light, and material batch all shift how a finish looks.
See colors in person before you order. Our Apple Valley showroom has physical samples you can hold and spas you can sit in. On a made-to-order product, this is the one step that prevents the most expensive kind of regret.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed. We will contact you before doing so and give you the option to proceed at the correct price.
Availability
We are not responsible for manufacturers discontinuing production or stocking of items. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute or a full refund. Substitutes may differ in color, size, price, or installation requirements. It is your choice whether to accept one.
Orders
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it, not that we accepted it. We reserve the right to decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed at an incorrect price, and orders outside our delivery capability or dealer territory.
Custom-built products
Hot tubs, swim spas, and covers are manufactured to the specification you select at checkout. Once manufacturing begins, your order is a custom order and is subject to the cancellation and return terms in our Refund & Returns Policy. Please read that policy before ordering.
Payment

- Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable on cancelled or returned orders.
- ACH payments are treated as complete once funds clear, typically 4 business days.
Financing
Financing is offered through [FINANCE_CO], not by MinnSpas. Applications, approval decisions, rates, and terms are theirs. We receive only an approval status. Any dispute about a financing agreement is between you and the financing provider.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery & Site Requirements
Delivery methods, costs, timelines, and site requirements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
All products are sold on the basis that you provide a suitable, level, accessible installation site and appropriate electrical supply. MinnSpas is not responsible for site preparation, electrical work, permits, inspection, or any cost arising from an unsuitable installation location.
Where additional labor, equipment, or specialized placement is required, we will quote it and obtain your agreement before delivery.
Warranties
New spas carry the manufacturer’s warranty. MinnSpas is an authorized service center and administers warranty claims directly.
Manufacturer warranties cover the product only. They do not cover:
- Labor for troubleshooting, installation, removal, or testing
- Service call and travel charges, where applicable
- Site preparation, electrical work, or permits
- Water, chemicals, or filters
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, freezing, incorrect water chemistry, or unauthorized repair
- Consequential costs such as increased utility bills or property damage
Except for the manufacturer’s warranty and any warranty we state in writing, products are provided without further warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law.
Service Work
Service and repair work is quoted before it begins. Diagnostic findings may change the scope, and we will contact you for approval before exceeding a quote. Parts replaced during service carry the part manufacturer’s warranty. Labor is warranted for [X] days on the specific repair performed.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service, or for the continued function of equipment we did not repair.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinnSpas’ total liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including property damage from water, loss of use, or lost time, arising from the installation, operation, or failure of any product.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law.
Safety
Hot tubs and swim spas carry inherent risks. Read and follow the owner’s manual and all safety warnings supplied with your spa. Children must be supervised at all times. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or take medication affecting blood pressure, circulation, or temperature regulation. Never use a spa while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order. The effective date below tells you when this page was last revised.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from any purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
